None, I just beat myself up for better. It doesnt work all the time but I like doing things myself.
But I look up to a lot of people, artists (dA and classical and street), athletes (none in particular...you finish a marathon I'll already look up to you). Some philosophers, but not many. I look to people of accomplishments more.
I just had a really hard time typing that out. Using a foreign keyboard sucks.
well for many years of my life i wanted to be Debbie Harry!
and at the same time i wanted to marry Adam Ant! (only the 80s version, not the '06 Adam!)
does that count?
maybe i'm confusing idol with icon?
but i still think she's amazing, and her image is very iconic
i think my english teacher really opened a few doors in my mind at a key age, and my parents have been really great
then also i guess anyone that creates anything you enjoy (film/art/books/music) could be idolised and that list would just be too long
so i guess there's not one idol now, just creative people in general
must stop i'm really rambling......!!!
it depends on what do you mean by idol. i'd do almost anything for a conversation with Umberto Eco, i'd eat his brain out, i love his way of thinking. but other than that, people are just people, idolising is wrong because everyone has their moments of weakness. even umberto eco
Oh, I see, I forgot to mention that he's the frontman of the band Blur, and he is the brain of the Gorillaz too. But Blur is faaar better than Gorillaz. But the unique sound is still there.....
