i m for anything that could save lifes and ease human pain.curse that bush fucker for voting against stem cell research...i do belive it s a
political messure intended to gain votes from the rednecks that preffer living in the dark ages....in the name of a god who only told them to learn to love and live in peace.i don t know if these people (as well as mr bush) ever considered how they will be remembered in the future....probably as savages
Your post made me laugh.
My pet peeve is that Bush had NASA's mission statement changed. There now is no mention of the home planet. Instead the goal is Mars. And we have so many problems (scientific and otherwise) on Earth that need to be fixed - but the US will certainly be the first country to stick its flag on an another planet.
I'm American and I think I can say that it's true that some Americans think that the Bible was written in English.
man before mars there are some serious problems like death and all that
i d rather see happy people than two astronauts jumping around on mars waving
your countrys flag at a cost that could save millions of people, i think mars can wait
it ain t going nowere anyway.lol here in romania we have people that think the bible is written in romanian, the major difference is that they don t even know how to read man.
Peace!!
it ain t going nowere...
Bush - and others - will push for Mars - so America can be number one and get there first. [link]
I guess a kind of "Mission to Mars" will be next for that group...
I'm a believer in the value of science - but I entirely agree with you. There are no good reasons to go to Mars just so the American flag can be put into the "earth" there. The reasons are purely political.
I never thought of it before - "into the earth" has to be here.
As for reading - Americans watch far too much TV. And now war is televised - without body bags - of course. The pentagon learned a lot from Vietnam.
The next gigantic televised event will probably be that flag being put into the ground. Hurray! As long as a shit storm doesn't happen on the home planet before.
din cate am citit eu, o votat numai impotriva cercetarilor care distrug embrionii. sunt mai multe tipuri de stem cells, deci pot experimenta pe celelalte deocamdata. it's really ok by me.
